Jakarta, Wednesday (27/10) SidoMuncul received a Marketeers Award as Indonesia’s Most Favorite Netizen Brand 2010. The award was given in an event held in the Ballroom of the Four Seasons Hotel by Owner and CEO of Markplus Insight, HermawanKartajaya, accompanied by the Chief Operation Officer of Marketeers, Waizly Darwin, and received by Senior PR Manager of PT SidoMuncul, Nanik R. Sunarso.
Indonesia’s Most Favorite Netizen Brand 2010 is an award bestowed by Marketeers magazine in collaboration with Markplus Insight, a market research institution. The award represents the choice of people active in the cyber world—the so-called “netizens”—for a brand that addresses their anxieties, desires, and aspirations. The survey was conducted in eight cities, i.e. Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan, Palembang, Denpasar and Makassar, involving 1,500 respondents from the SEC A/B/C groups.
The Most Favorite Netizen Brand Award 2011, the first year for the award, is now part of the long list of honors and accolades that have been received by PTSidoMuncul. Those awards include: The Original Brands Apreciation 2010, Top Brand Award, Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA), Platinum Award at The Indonesia Best Brand Award (IBBA), Word of Mouth Marketing (WOMM) Award, Solo Best Brand Indonesia (SBBI), Indonesia Most Favorite Women Brand, The Indonesia’s Most Admired Companies (IMAC) 2010, and RekorBisnis Indonesia (REBI).
The President Director of PT SidoMuncul, IrwanHidayat, in a separate occasion expressed his gratitude to Marketeers magazine and Markplus Insight for the conferment of the award.
